Title: Need help on construction Cleanup

Yes I started a new construction cleanup and I bid the job fo rthe inside the house.  I found a lot of trash and old waffer board and stuff in the Garage of the house was wondering do I charge more to hall this stuff off or does that normally come with the price of the bid?

hi

this is usually included in the price if the site has a skip etc to dump waste materials in.

Otherwise, I usually bill extra as long as cleared with site manager first.
