Title: What type of battery for a 2 man set up

Hi

I've gone through loads of leisure batteries 85 amp/hr to 110 amp/hr. They only seem to last me 6 months before giving trouble and that's with a bench charge every night and a split charge relay in the van.

I'm now thinking that the power drain from 2 pumps us too much for a leisure battery, too many amps in one hit ,could I be right. Might it be best to get a car or lorry battery after all the gave a higher cranking output.

Set up us 2 varistream 2's and 2 flojet. On a 650 litre tank.

I have 2 man setup with 85amp leisure battery for each pump. They only need charging once a week.
