Basically this is what I tell my customers.

I clean in light & medium rain. I don't clean in heavy rain as I'm risking the flu and a week off work. If it rains whilst I'm cleaning your property or on the day of your clean and you are not happy with the quality, give me a call / txt and I will come back and re-clean the windows free of charge.

I would rather come back and clean them as your windows are my advertising boards. If you should ring,  I don't bite, not even if you ask me to.

That's what I tell my customers and not one has called me back after cleaning in the rain

is this what you want ?

This:-

Dear Customer,

So that we keep your panes and frames gleaming we provide a regular service and keep to a reasonably predictable schedule; however it can be a bit of a juggling act getting the balance between arriving on time and not cleaning in really bad weather.

To preserve schedules we clean in drizzly and showery conditions too. Please be assured that the purified water system (unlike the previous traditional method) contains no soapy residues - and this means that your windows will remain clean despite squally showers that may land on the glass during the cleaning and allowing to dry process.

However, in the rare event that you feel the rain has marked your glass then please do not hesitate to call us back within 24 hours of the original clean and we will gladly clean the offending window(s) again.

Andy ;D
