has any body had any dealings with this company Construction Connect, had a call from them tonight saying that they get over 20 jobs per week :o that need to be tender for!! it's cost 8-10 per week for all this information ;D ;D
Just wonder if any work has had the same call?

And do you really think theres all that work out there just waiting for you to sign up for it ? If you do then go for it - if I were them I'd get myself a few cleaners. It sounds a bit good to me ::) ::)

I haven't dealt with them personally but I would imagine all they are doing is collating planning applications from various councils, following them as they develop then selling them as leads to every trade who could possibly work on the sites.
You can DIY by simply visiting the websites of your local councils - planning applications section. Phil D
