Title: renting a round?

Does anyone have experience renting a round? Wondering what kind of percentage folk look for etc and where I can go about getting one! Dont have the cash to buy at the moment, Im in Sunny Scotland.

my m8 used 3rent his rounds out, he would take 25/30%

rented work once up in bury grt manchester 20% top fella
gave me 3k worth ov work on 4wkly
