Title: filling tanks in vans

am swapping a tank in my van  and up to yet i use to just put a hose in to the tank to fill it up, but i want to box it all in    has any one put a hose running from your tank to fill up with and if you did have you got pics  as am un sure of which way to do it

Drill a hole on the lid an put in a male Hozelock connector.

Whats the best way to fit water cut off so it does't over flow

Dunno m8. We're talking static system to van transfers I think, not van mounts so I just stand and watch mine.

i run my system straight from the tap,


to stop the over flowing you could try fitting a ball valve, like in your toilet and loft,  bit of adapating should fit

My static system I just have a solenoid valve before everything and a small float in the ibc tank.
