Title: Claiming Of Insurance?

Has anybody had to claim of there insurance for breaking windows or someone tripping over the hose, etc..etc

no not me, but i would love to know the whole outcome and in's and out's of whoever got sued (As stated on gardiners website) for someone tripping over there clear pole hose, they must of tripped over it fell down some  stairs landing face first in a load of dog crap..anyone have any info on this...
