300 every 2 weeks?
30 houses a day, 3 bed semis.
20mins per house would take 10 hours thats without breaks.
how would you fit it in? in the winter you barely get 7 hours daylight per day.

£3 a house, is that the going rate for Middlesbrough, or has he not given himself a pay rise for 15 years. ???

No not going rate,a lot more like £6 to £7 plus , but he is asking top price and 8 cleans

sounds a bit dodgey
has he been flogging his guts out non stop and has burnt hiself out . nobody with any savvy would work like he has
unless he was really charging a lot more and this is only what he is declaring? then maybe he is clever after all
