First day swapping from trad to wfp , All first cleans used 300l on 10 houses, is that normal or am i over doing it. Was shocked i had used so much

You will always use more water on first cleans.....and once you get used to it , you will save loads of water..
I can make 300 litres last me all day. :)
Have you got a trigger/tap to turn off water between windows? If not get yourself one !!!

i think thats quite good aslong as they all came up clean i hammer my water so i think ya have done well

I would normally do about 20 4bed houses with 30 litres on normal cleans so 10 for 1st cleans isnt overdone.
-
I did 14 jobs today and used 350Ltrs I always use plenty and always give them a thorough rinse
better to use to much than not enough
-
ro how do you keep your water usage qute low i should invest in some sort of tap or trigger coz i really waste loads

200 litres will last me a seven hour day, the most I ever used in a day was 250.

I think its normal on 1st cleans. It will only be 6 months or so down the road (when you've checkd the results next time round), that your water useage will drop.
But i use the same depending on house. Upto an extent, the higher flow rate means quicker work and a shorter day.
Don't worry about it.
