Title: Customer satisfaction forms??

Hi was just wondering if you guys send your clients the above forms to get feedback? and if you do, has anybody got a copy of one please???

Hi Nat,

We use a job satisfaction sheet for builders cleans (stops the arguments at paying time), a specific one for catering hygiene work and a specific one for carpetcleaning but aimed at the domestic end. Which would you prefer? Phil D
