Hi Hitman, did you apply it to plylining or straight on to the metal floor?
Think I will wear some marigolds lol

I'm going to apply it on my plylining when i get it done.

I did this also, I did mine about 1' up from the floor.
But what I did find was that about a month later the ply lining above the protectakote started to grow mould because it was such a damp environment, so had to sand it down a give a coat of clear varnish.
My advice might be to treat the bare wood with some clear varnish, looks better than a mouldy van.

I did it in blue in the rain and cold last week.

After each coat, I put an electric heater in to warm it up as it says don't do it below 5. it dried in 3 hours. But it was the more expensive uvr one which does dry quicker.

How much sanding do you need for the key before painting?
I have pulled up the ply flooring and now painting the metal floor.

I applied to ply floor and it seemed to go down well. However, it needs to be 'sahara dry' to stay stuck. After a month it started to peel and eventually I had to peel it all off as every time I moved something it ripped.

I plan to redo it this spring but i will buy/cut/p-cote it while the ply is bone dry then fit it and seal the gaps.

If any damp gets below the ply it will not stick as it should.

Yes but you will need to sand it down to create a key.
