I have been asked to quote for the 1st
clean on a new build of 40 flats.
post plaster clean
1,2,and 3 bedrooms the quote is to remove
plaster / silicone tape etc and clean all windows.
any help on price please?
I am ok on price for the main clean and the sparkle but not on the first clean.
thanks steve

hi there,
i would check the spec, cause if you are doing STREET SCENE, and a wipe out before mastic, then that will be included in the main clean, as a standard, we are on site frequently and therefore pull those in as and when required.

Hi
Whereas in a Builders clean, everything gets clean, kitchen cupboards, bathrooms etc etc, on a post plaster clean....or pre paint clean, all you will have is an empty shell and you are cleaning all the builders dirt etc away to enable the painters to come in and paint in a relatively dust free enviroment.
I would emagine that this would cost around 40% of the price of a builders clean as an estimate.
Obviously when you come to do and price up the builders clean, you will have already done some of the work.......windows and flooring etc

how come your email address relates to a company that supplies kitchen products?

DBD Distribution is our parent company.
They supply Kitchen appliances to new developers.....George Wimpey, Taylor Woodrow etc etc.....roughly 100+ developers of different sizes.
They have a team of sales staff who have lots of contacts in this field of work.....thats where we at PDS get our contacts from to quote for cleaning the new developments.
Kind Regards
Tim
