got a sample of traffic film remover the other day. Whats the best way to use it? as in what dilution rate and can it be used on upvc. I've never used it as you can tell but have a gutter fascia job on 1st march which may need a drop using on it.

You'll have to ask the person you got the sample off, what the dilution rate is?
I've seen dilution rates of 4:1 up to 100:1 +, but it does work very well, just spray it on, leave it for 5 mins then brush and rinse it off

first check if its caustic or non caustic.

if non caustic then should be ok - i use mine at 5 to 1 for heavy soiled conns and window frames and scrub using wfp and pure ( scrub is a bit strong a word as the cr@p just falls off )

hope this helps

thanks for replies. It dosen't say its caustic just that you shouldn't get it in the eyes and should use gloves. Most products say that. I'm just pleased to find someone that does it because i've heard how good it is. 8)
