Title: How much to charge for upvc cleaning

Im using wfp at the moment and every now and again customers asking me to clean fascias and gutters( not clear out).
Want to make it worth my while, also dont want to overcharge as could lose window business from them.
been thinking about £ 25.00 per side????????????????????????????

depends on how big the houses r chris. i charge between £50/£60 4a 3bed semi

im not that far off then at 25 a side on a semi, what about conservatory roofs been charging £20.00 and spraying some traffic film remover on them.

IF U DOING CONI ROOF FOR 20 U CAN CUM AND DO SUM OFF MINE  ;D AS ITS GOT TOBE AT LEAST 50

that was just a lean to, nut yes i think iam undercharging no wonder the b...tard said can you do it today.

yeah i stick to £20-£25 per side, upvc. and £20-£50 for roofs depending on size, dirt. and insides of gutters about the same price.

3 bed semi fascias and visual gutters from £50 ( more depending on access ).

Conservatory roof start from £50

Use a custys tap if you can, saves on the pure ;)

if im gonna b at a custys 4a while i will ask them if i can fill up as im workin. hehe ;D
i just say " yer i can do it all now, but may need a bit more water ::) every little helps ;)

a custy asked me to clean the soffits on a standard 3 bed semi

£40 soffits

£8 windows

it took me an hour to do both!

conny roofs £40- £80

soffits/outside gutters £20-£25 a side

i usually do a lot of these extras in spring/summer as i can get round my regular window cleaning work a lot faster due to longer days/better weather.

i currently use  ladders/cloths and extension pole with brush/hose plugged into custys outside tap for conny roofs.
