Well set my system up , I live in a bungalow so i thought would try my house first. All my windows have 2 windows across the top and one large window at the bottom. As i watch them start to dry and can see quite a few dried run marks along the top of the big lower windows. I know its my first time and i need all the help i can get on what i am doing wrong. If i were a customer i would,nt want my windows left like that.

Keep trying, you've chosen possibly the worst windows to start on, they are generally a nightmare. Water runs around the seals of the openers picking up dirt then runs down the big panes leaving drip marks. Either clean and clean around the seals or avoid the frames altogether.

clean the top openers first and move onto another window and come back to the big pane after a few cleans this problem seems to stop. wfp you will come across problem windows quite often but you will quickly start to recognise these
good luck and enjoy

wash left top window..drop brush down.. move across ..raise brush....wash right top window.. drop brush...wash left hand side of big pain first and work across ...
look out for drips... small lines of droplets running sraight down..rinse again ...
... and when you have finished the house go back and do that lower pane again last of all for the first clean. (And any window below it do the glass again)
