Title: getting striping while pressure washing
Post by: joe.b on February 20, 2010, 10:57:57 am
hey everyone, i was just wondering what would be the main reason for striping as i have a 13hp pressure washer with turbo nozzle on lance and on slabs i always seem to get striping?

using a lance always carries the risk of striping whether or not it has a turno nozzle attached.
The easy way to avoid striping is to use a flat surface cleaner, but with practice the turbo nozzle will do the job (even if it is a little messy!).

FSC wont get into those little corners, you still end up using a nozzle, ;)

I suggest that anyone new to the pressure washing game tries both fsc and turbo nozzle and decides which is best for them.

I use a mixture of both dependant on the job at hand, there is no right or wrong only preference and experience.

To say that one piece of kit does everything is foolish and misleading, it is best to arm yourself with all the tools available so that you can cope with anything that comes along.  ;) ;)
