Title: working out maximum Weight load?

Alright fella's

Can someone help me here... I have read my hand book for my estaste car how do i know which is the correct weight load? do i go by maxium weight on rear axle? or train weight?

max weight I would imagine train weight refers to pulling a trailer/caravan
