ave tried wcp on 3 computers and does work on any with different problems each time

Ive emailed the address on there website a few times and never get replies either  ::)

Hi Guys

I have just spoken to Ian on the phone, he is out of the country at the moment on personal business. Unfortunately he is the only one who can access the server to retrieve Internet Backup data, i have explained the issues and he has said to me that he will get the backup data to you tonight.

We apologise profusely to you all, as you appreciate Ian is the 'techie' side of our partnership and, although i am not totally useless, i do not have his knowledge or experience in IT. He has been held up abroad due to unforseen circumstances and i have dealt with things in his abscence as best i can, we are hoping to be 'back to normal' in the next few days.

One of the issues is that our systems are under a huge strain at present as, for some reason, we have had nearly four months worth of downloads in the last 3 days which i can only assume is someone trying to be damned awkward! This creates problems as we need to track and allocate each download and some of them are genuine trials, added to the fact that i am trying to do this on my own as well causes issues...im not looking for sympathy, just telling you why things are as they are.

Once again we apologise for any difficulties caused and we will get things rectified as soon as possible.

i wouldn't bother e-mailing that one, its taken at least a week or so to get a reply in the past for me on a few occasions unless you pay this £60 a year support that e-mail address is next to useless on the flip side once you do there supprt is great.

For reference, all emails that get sent via the website/program go via Ian first. Due to the techinical content, some that are beyond my expertise are dealt with by Ian and the others are forwarded to me which i amake a point of dealing with on a daily basis, i know Ian has the same strategy with his emails as i do.

I will admit every now and then when i have a need to consult with Ian on an issue it may take a day or two beyond where we would like it to be but never (to my knowledge) has it bbeen a week. I would be interested to know the dates of this as i am concerned and would like to identify if there is a problem at our end whereby we can make a change to improve our efficiency if needed.

Yes, Gold Support members do get a priority service, why shouldnt they? They pay for it!!

Yes of course gold members do get priority as they pay for it thats what itr is there for, however the fact is from my experience e-mailing through the program is a waist of time and returns a extremly slow responce if you do not have this which i was informing the other poster (who  also seems to have found the same). i would like to stress that i am not jumping on any wagon to slate your service as i say once contact is made it's generally a top class service, and if you want example then i would happily e-mail it to you, not as a complaint but as you say to help in your efficiency.

Brad still no backups as promised i have paid for a professional service so where is it   ,This backup data is my
