I've got one ;)

With a Gardiners 'D' shaped tank in it - takes about 300lt max

Hardly notice the weight.

Paid £1,500 three years ago (W reg)

Runs on gas - costs £30 to fill up and lasts about 3 weeks ;D

Basic but adequate.

cheers for the advice guys but after sorting the insurance out and getting money out of the bank he has now told me had sold it someone else even though he told me its mine, this was his last email.

from the seller
Before you go off on one ask yourself why? The van was offered off ebay and at such a cheap price. Also the van's going to nottingham.
Plenty of cheap vans out there but beware the ones that are too cheap

I get impression hes selling a rough van?hes scared of selling it me as im only about 15 miles away?
what does everyone think?

he probably thought it would go for more on ebay and it didnt,  then some one probably offered him more for it and he took it,  might be a lucky escape,  thats what annoys be about ebay,  they dont have to sell to you if they dont want to   but you have to buy it off them,  report him to ebay, he would do that to you if you didnt want it

its fate .  with a van youve really Got to see it first before you buy ,theres a lot that have been hossd about ,UTTER tat  and  theyre the ones on ebay .

see it and drive it at least 20 miles make sure you are not buying a "clunker " .
