Title: Flowmaster Digital Electronic Pump Controller

Hi all.

weve just fitted two of the above Controller  units and for what ever reasons ill be dammed if i can get the pumps working correctly .

they seem to glugg the water out then stop and glug  and so on .

so far we have tried ,

weve put the settings on max.

weve put the pump directly next to the water outlet

weve dabbled with the pressure setting on them up and down

Weve swapped out the batterie for a new ( spare one)

Had the engine running ,

has any one had he issues with these units - may be a quick fix? theres 2 new units with one new pump and one older pump .

Any help gratefully appreciated .

It sounds like an air lock.

When it happens to me the only way I mannage to clear it is to switch the pump on and actualy suck with my mouth on the outlet till it flows.

Hi ,

yeh its like an air lock , i can see the air moving through the pipes - looks like ill be sucking on some hose then lol,

its worth a go thanks .
