I need to speak to Ian as I am unsure as to why, all my records show as it being a full license. He is away at present but I have text him so expect a reply asap.

I had a similar problem. Paid for full back up but it said i only had trial version. It was soon sorted though. ;)

Nightmare when you cant get any of your backup details i.e rounds ,due dates ,schedules ,debt lists ,got the diary out and pencils good old days

I know its no consolation, but.............
I would never trust a small organisation with back ups, it is just too personal, if they have a family crisis, you are just playing a waiting game.
I back up to my self everyday by email, also back up to a different place on my hard drive, i also transfer it all over to another pc.
It is very time consuming, but woth it for times like this.

I had the same thoughts myself recently, I now use this https://www.dropbox.com/
It’s fantastic. I can access my files from any pc in the world, so I back up all my business files regularly.
It places a folder into "my documents" so every time you place anything into that folder on your pc or make any changes to files within it automatically backs it up to dropbox. simple! free! and very easy to use. (Just what us window cleaners need) ;D

I had to attend to a family matter over the weekend and hence that is why you havent had a response since Friday at 9.17PM (Friday evening).
With all due respect your first email to us was on Thursday 11th and was responded to within 5 hours even though you are not registered as a Gold Support member, our website does state that a basic support package will entitle
'72 Hour Response Time
We will get back to you with an answer in a maximum of 72 working hours.'

Surely back up problems should be instant, i can understand general program issues, but not backups ?

Hi Lee,
I must make a public apology to yourself and also to Brad for putting him in a difficult situation. I left Brad with no means of retrieving any data backup but I will rectify this as soon as possible so that this situation does not happen again.
