Title: inspection forms etc

i wonder if any one would be so kind as to forward any customer forms on to me
i.e inspection,invoice,advice,disclaimers,satisfaction..etc

not that i want to use your forms but want to design my own but need some ideas as what they should include

i have microsoft works program or adobe reader

any help would be appreciated

Call one of the big firms in to give you a quotation for some cleaning at home  ;D
