if thats per window then i'd consider it, 25/35 per house i'd tell them to get stuffed.

if you clean 2 houses in an hour thats £50 an hour at £25 a house if their 3bedders.how long does it really take to wet a window and scrape it/clean it?twice as long?

ive been window cleaning for 16 years and never done a builders clean and no intentions of starting now!ive done some very dirty first time cleans and they take about twice as long!

i have heard of wc not getting paid from builders cleans and watch out you dont get the blame for damaged glass! ::)id stay well clear unless your desperate for work!

agree with Dazmond, theres a high chance of being blamed for summat once the glass is clean . in my avatar foto i was cleaning a 4storey office block hadnt been touched in 4 years since it was built , and now i think back i was very lucky as the guvnor paid me cash before i even  started the job, might not be so lucky another time .  the houses are a safer bet, then again not so challenging .

waste of time..........its hard job,but in the end people do not want pay, I just declined one, because I know my client, he would like to pay peanuts for an hour and they can blame you if you damage the glass, therefore, instead of earning u end up spending!!!!!!!!! not for me i prefer to stay with wife and the dog on the weekend......
