Title: Au Naturale & Ethel Austin
Post by: weetot on February 10, 2010, 07:08:57 pm
Any body clean these shops as they went into administration yesterday .(allegedly)

Turned up at Au Naturale store today, just about to put T-Bar on window and the manageress came running out shouting"stop! dont clean them any more, the company has gone into administration, this shop as well as the Ethel Austin shops.
Roughly 300 stores ive been told.

So if they owe you money, you best wave goodbye.  :(

I thought this recession was over.............

Oh well another one bites the dust. (sorry for the bad news)  >:(

Thanks for that link, couldnt find it.

Yes this is the 2nd time in 3 years Au Naturale have went bust. The first time i was and still am owed £99.00 from administrators Price-Waterhouse Coopers. Kep getting the letters, but no cheque attached.

Then they were bought out by Ethel Austins, and the staff said they would pay me out of the till whenever i clean the windows, other than sendin' off monthly invoices, which i said i wouldnt do again.

I may have to sell my 6 villas in Portugal at this rate. :(

Always got paid cash directly out of till once cleaned and produced invoice. Never had a problem with payment from them.

Hopefully picked up a garden centre today so that should easily replace ethels if they close.  ;D ;D ;D
