Title: Commercial Help

Well seeing as I have invested in all this Wfp equipment and things are going rather well for at the moment, I would like to start approaching commercial building etc.

Around where i live we have a lot of commercial buildings and offices that I want to try and get.

The real question is how?

I have headed paper and am just half way through a letter to give to loads of companies. Want to send about 75 out and then continue with say 5 per peek.

Does any one have any good advice for this,
Or maybe even advice on calling companies? Does that ever work??

Who Do I send my letters too, And should I include a flyer??

Help as always appreciated guys!!

Address letters to Facilities manager if you can't get a name to put on it.
By all means include any high  quality printed literature, along with relevant qualifications, memberships of any feds etc and H&S stuff.
Make sure you have a web address for them to check you out.
You will need to send a lot more letters than that, 100's in fact.
In general though, companies come to you, via website/ advertising.
all that said, thats how we started out. slow process though

What sort of response you expecting mate, or response you heard of?

Its also about getting my name out there more tbh.

well i am planning on sending letters to all the hotels near me, newquay etc but aint doing that till start of march, want to send out about 100 every week (something for the wife to do)  had 10000 flyers printed up and going to start getting these delivered, as they have my web address on, that should be up and running properly soon,  was approached to day about sponsoring a cricket team, aint sure about that yet

the area i live in is all villages so what might work here might not work where u r

when i was a plumber i use to park my van up at the market on a saturday, it was all signed up, so got free advertising all day with people walking past
