Can someone please tell me what is the best way to take off plastic and stickers from a window that have been left on too long in the sun , there are pieces that the customer couldn't pull off , thanks again,Liam.

if you use a brand nnew blade on plastic you will cut it to pieces. if its left too long it picks off in tiny bits a slightly blunt but free from rust or debris blade will get it off in bigger sections. i have yet to find any solvent that will get the plastic off a bit of tfr or a fairy mix in a bottle will lubricate the blade enough to remove it

That is for glass, as said above- not on plastic frame!

turps on a cloth.
as said or white spirt with a cloth soak for a few seconds and it will wipe off no need to over complecate things.
Do not use a razor on plastic, if you do have to use something use an ice scraper so it does not take chunks out of it.
Glass a new razor blade makes life easy
