Hi Gaza

The H & S can only act through a court with regards fines and then only if it is in the public interest to do so.

There is no law saying ladders are outlawed, illegal, banned or otherwise.

Cheers

I already know what area he lives in ,his phone no,what else he does for a living, not much more left to find out .then snake in the grass will have his day.

As far as H&S are concerned you can still use ladders if you do so in a safe manner.
