iVE HEARD THROUGH THE W/C GRAPVINE A W/C HAS BEEN DONE BY H/S for using ladders only on the spot fine of 2000 squid. is this possible or just w/c folklore.
Do they have the power to on the spot fine you.
So your guilty till proven innocent now are we?

Hi Gaza
The H & S can only act through a court with regards fines and then only if it is in the public interest to do so.
There is no law saying ladders are outlawed, illegal, banned or otherwise.

IAN AND ROSS :iT sounds as though its more rubbish said by my friend the round knicker,BUT LITTLE DOES HE KNOW Im still talking to my ex customers,got three back up to now,but the most important think is Ive a friend very very high up in the tax office ;D
I already know what area he lives in ,his phone no,what else he does for a living,not much more left to find out .then snake in the grass will have his day.

As far as H&S are concerned you can still use ladders if you do so in a safe manner.
