Hi all
Can anyone give me feedback on the following vacs:
Truvox VT12 Commercial
and
Truvox Valet Tub Vac
I'm thinking of buying a couple of these instead of new Henrys.
Many thanks

We have Valet Tub models. Also had the Aqua 20 wet and dry vacs.
Ok I thought they were good. And to be honest they are especially as we could get them for like £50 quid and £80 quid.
They have lasted about about 2 years or so. Now they are actually still working. They have had some rough treatment.
The down side is the cables dont get put away like the Henrys.
The flexible pipe that holds the long metal pipe for the floor tool has broken on all of our models. Its makes the vacuum cleaner useless.
One of them have had a dodgy on/off switch.
Ergonomically - I found after long use they make your back ache. The Henry's do not as the ppipes are higher and well designed. - Henrys are the domestic range and Numatics are the commercial range. I am not actually sure if there is any difference.
Also the tub vacs are prone to over heating. Well thats what I found out as we had one cut out a few times and also spoke to a few suppliers etc.

The NVR200-22 (commercial version of Henry or HVR200-22) has 12.5 metres of electrical cable and instead of 'HENRY' has 'NUMATIC' enscribed.
They are the same price so a no brainer really.

we used henry's before but didnt find them as powerful as dysons, with them no bags required so no extra cost.they come with few years guarantee and very powerful. I personally have used some very powerful vac's before and for the money that they are for a standard model are very good but thats just my personal preference.

Thats a very good point indeed.
Spares are very important. And there is a wide variety of stockests available. Where as dysons are not designed for commercial use.
Cable lengths is good on henrys and is important some Numatics have longer that 12.5 metres.
As for power I would say that providing that they are looked after and a checked that the bag is not full the power is more than adaquate. Some cleaners have it just on the LO power setting as the Hi power setting makes it awkward.

Thanks for the replies all. I think on balance I'll stick with the Henrys. Problem I found with dysons is the durability of them being lugged in and out of the car.
Cheers
