ive thought about this too, i know alot of the window cleaners over in the states use these and as im planning on moving and starting a new business in florida, this would probably the vehicle i would use, i really like them too. if you want to see what they would look like i would look up window cleaners in the states websites and even some of them have posted videos on youtube of their window cleaning pick-ups.

I use a pick-up with a truckman back on for security.

It can easily carry 1 Tonne has plenty of room for my stuff and has the advantage that the back is completely separate from the cab so no water issues or crash issues as it has a built in 'bulkhead'. I have my tank at the front (next to cab) so there is no movement of the tank.

Mine is an older W reg vauxhall/isusu single cab. But i would love a newer double cab.

I have the advantage of living in the countryside so it does not look at all out of place. When I go into Sheffield in it I do look a little out of place, like a country hillbilly.

I also have a ladder rack for ladders and a 30 odd foot pole which is in 8 foot sections, just a bit too long for the back.
