i was contacted by a company called silver house uk in january about possible using their "green" cleaning products and selling them with my own labelling as though they are my own, but through their fantastic website which is "optimised" and keyworded (seriously that's what they said). i eventually told them i don't want the meeting as i'm too busy but i want more information about the products and if it interests me i'll def get in touch.
bascially i get some sales type letter about the web page optimisation that can do for me but nothing about the products. it was written so badly, all in caps locks and italics, very unprofessionally and was worded as though they had no clue about what it was they were trying to sell me.
i sent a reply being very honest and admittedly blunt (which i did explain why in the reply) saying i understand they are new so heres my advice, improve this, etc, and that i'm still very interested in the products if they can get information to me.
and omg the next reply i cannot beleive, i decided to quote it so you can see.
I am very pleased that you`ve shown me your blunt character before I`ve wasted my time meeting you on business. I contacted you with regards to discussing opportunities, instead you choose to respond back with, lets face it quite a rude letter, so I think we`ll leave it there, good luck with your next business deal, with an attitude like your own I believe you will need it Sir.

Short lesson in business for you Mr Green Clean, always do a spell check before sending out e-notes. Your letter is riddled with mis-spelling (shows me you education level), which amazes me as you thought to correct me on my original business proposition to you....
i thought i'd mention this company here so that if anyone is contacted by them or has any meeting to watch out! they go on about all this great web page optimisation they will do on the shop that they will make and they haven't even got a complete website yet to show this (http://silverhouseuk.com/), no porfolio of previous customers, and even worse when asked more in depth knowledge about what they will do all i got was they'll use key words and web page optimisation but nothing about how.

exactly ;) yet that's what they offer, a part of their website with my shop on it.
