Yes I contacted them to see if they would licence me or sell me the additive they put in the water. I had one email from them but they didn't reply after that.
I don't know how it works as they wouldn't elaborate through e-mail.

Surely you would be shooting yourself in the foot, like that nice washing mashine engineer on the calgon ad.

i can see its selling point for the bigger commercial as they don't have i done on a regular basis but not on domestic unless you offer dial a clean lol..

He was on here last year going on about this great company in London and put up a youtube link, but it turned out he was talking about his own company, Matt Bateman worked it out I think.

Noticed they used the term 'Reach and Wash' in the second paragraph of the dialogue.
Maybe it's another money spinner for ionicicicics. :o
I thought only they, or companies using their equipment were allowed to use that term.
