hi all using my new merlin system with booster pump but seem to be getting through lots of resin is this usual cheers andy

This maybe a silly question but have you checked to see that you have the right hose going into the DI, if you have the waste going into the DI will drain you resin very quickly.
Disconnect the DI and check the TDS of the hoses it should be 020 or lower after RO and before DI

hi tds  before di is 48 after di is 7 only changed resin 200 litres ago cheers andy

048 before DI is high, have you checked your membranes?
Also is it a new Merlin or second hand?

Check the membranes are seated properly inside,

- they can sometimes be fitted incorrectly allowing water to run by without being filtered.
