Title: sub contract work

What is the best way to get sub contracting
work. were are the best places to try?
is there much sub contracting work to get.

I have been told ther are companys that
sub contract all there work out. Global was one of them but i have no contact info for them and a company called why not services has anyone used these companys?

I was thinking of new build cleans/shopfits/
factory cleans

hi steve i have looked through pages 31 to 15 cant find any info for you,except a few on global and one says if you want to keep your wealth  leave Global alone,my eyes are going funny so you need to start looking from page 15 to 1 hope you find what you need

hi there,

global are an office cleaning contracts company, they will win the business then sell you the contract, if you want any other advise then please pm me, depending on where you live, depends on whether you go near them.

they are an expensive way of you creating cashflow, and a costly way to build your business.  you can walk the streets yourself to win office jobs.

if you are talking sub contract work such as builders cleans, then my reaction to the post would be that you are looking at this totally wrong.  we are a full time build clean company and have been on the road for a year now, we have 5 full time, fully equipped vehicles on the road, all with twin crews, we are flat out at the moment, with builders half years, we are handing over in excess of 50 plots on wednesday, thursday and friday.

i do not see the build clena business as subcontract work, it requires investment, resource, time and committment to deliver to the client the service that they are wanting.

but thats just my opinion, it is a sector that you will either love or hate.

Hi Steve

I'd contact Global if I was you, because when you find out how much they charge in contract provision and royalties, it'll make you feel really happy that you don't have a contract with them  ;D
