Title: CIS anyone heard of them?
Post by: Grafters Cleaning Services on June 28, 2005, 01:36:26 pm: I have been approached by company called CIS (not insurance) they are a resource company who put you in touch with new buildings ie office complexes etc

If I were to sign up with them (at a cost) they say they can supply me with 10 new commercial contacts per month, they would also give me a letter of introduction
And the rest is up to me to get the window cleaning contract

Now only a fool parts with his money so I’m asking anyone of you guys or gals have you heard of them? Are they any good?

Be very wary, i bet they have promised your the only business in your area recieveing the information about tenders, available work etc.

I signed up with these 3 yrs ago, every month all i got was a listing of future projects, mostly the named contact would be an architect who had no interest in cleaning.

They also didnt deliver on the geographical area either send listings for work over 100 miles away.

I did this last week, put 30 through doors on a new business park, have 1 to quote and a building company who receiverd my brochure have asked me to quote for the builders clean on 337 new builds.
When i go to quote for the 1 I will have a walk round and follow up, also will take more brochures with me for the remaining 50 or so office buildings on the site.
Once I get one the rest will follow.
