prep work required?
How many coats?
When's best to carry out the work? sunny/ hot/ cold etc
How long does it take to dry? e.g paint on saturday, will it be dry and ok to work monday?

Thanks for this, have already read this before, but i just wanted to know any 'real time' experiences if possible.

keep your van heater in there after each coat. put on as many coats you like until the tin runs out (should be 4). It says put two on, but the thicker the better. I did mine in the cold. It takes at least 24 hours for a coat to dry.
It takes about a week for the smell to go but you get to like it and miss it when its gone.

Coats depends on what size tin you got and what size van you got,
I got a trafic, Done 2 coats, make sure you wear goves, and the stuff stinks for days i was getting high 3 days later.

only a small p partner. was tempted to paint all the way up tho - just to tidy up the look.

Just got some in blue. Looks good stuff so can't wait to see end result.
