Commercial job I have been doing for a year and a half!
"It has been brought to my attention that under our lease agreement, arrangements are in place for the windows to be cleaned and we are not to contact anyone else to undertake these works"

First time I did them they were desperate for a cleaner 'cos the office block was expecting some big wig and they had never been cleaned  ???

You won't get the contract back, but for your own satisfaction write and ask them "So where have your 'other' window cleaners been for the last 18 months?"

Hmmmm haven't been paid either for the last clean at the beginning of December - don't like the look of this.  :-\
