Does anyone here specialise in holiday Let cleaning ?

I have just picked up little contract and wouldnt mind a bit of advice

We used to do a bit

Worst thing is the restrictive changeover time and day

Trying to get 12 motivated staff to work a four hour window Saturday lunchtime is not easy, this may be why the contract is available

Hi Dave

Can be hard to managed as the turnaround time is short and demanding.  Need close liaison with client to ensure where possible adequate notice is given of possible dates of vacation to allow you to plan to turnaround works where it might impact on current regular works.
