after the cold snap and the (eventual) gritting of roads and footpaths don't you find it gets everywhere !
Even though I've been wiping the hose down with a rag as I pack away, finally found some time last thing this afternoon to strip down my 40 ft hybrid and flush all the grit out of clamps and inside of the pole sections.
Glad I did, it was beginning to show big scratches on the sections ::)
