By the looks of it 2 people for 2 days

Clear around £400

Clean around £800-1200

Hard to say from just photos, but for the 2 days with one other around £900-1000 profit (pre tax of course  ;) )

Yep, just done one on friday,  (10 man hours) happy days.

Oneil i guess if you get in early and work late you should get it done in one day but obviously as you know all sorts of things crop up you didn't see on 1st visit, but as I said from photos it's tough to tell.  ;)

Below dog excrement, urine, with dirt from the garden, 3 treatments.

Martin, O'neil

You guys get many jobs like these. We get jobs that are dirty but with the rubbish removed. Do you provide waste clearance as an option and find it's cost effective especially with how much the tips charge to dump trade waste.

Karl

Hey Karl

How's business?

I don't get them too often but love doing them.

I use a licensed clearance company and chuck a little extra on top as I usually bag everything, used them at fife house last year (33 room, 6bed/6 bath) and took me 17 hours just to get his stuff together.

Same as martin we just give the guys the keys and tell them to take every thing and then we go in and do are bit!! just add a bit extra on top but they don't bag they just put it on the truck and away they go.

Will defo put the after pics on once done ;D ;D

We do these type of jobs for housing corporation as they have got people already waiting to get in the propertys they don't even ask how much but you do have to set a max price with them!! but if it's more then the max price it can take up to 2 weeks to get the go ahead
