From the regular contracts gained how generally do you get these?
Which sales method do you find works the best:-
Calling the company asking to speak to person dealing with the cleaning
Walk into the company & ask about their cleaning needs
Send them information/letter
I'd be very interested to hear as I'm on the case next week.

Cold calling and walk in and introduce yourself.
There the best methods in my opinion.
Its a case of being a bit pushy but not to the point they get fed up.

For me its a case of calling first with a follow up letter and brochure/promo
Then calling again once they have received it and checking in monthly or so
.....then usually wait 8 months and all of a sudden they call you!!
