Title: trigger wfp
Post by: ccmids on January 30, 2010, 03:09:26 pm
im going to get one , does anyone have one and if so are they any good.
the amount of water i waste is untrue, its like when you need to adjust the brush head  and when you go from window to window its runing all the time .
think i might save gallons if i get one ,what do you guys use and do you have your pump set at max psi?

Hi mate, you could read about trigger at http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=89251.0 and even have a good deal with the price £5 each plus p&p with Cookie Monster. Good luck. Vadim

We use this one:

Very very good and usefull to save water. We buy from cleaningspot with the different types of the clamp (metal or plastic) for different types of the pole - http://cleaningspot.co.uk/acatalog/Pole_accessories.html

Plastic clamps are perfect for SL-Xs.

If you would like to buy bare trigger you'll see the good price at http://www.equip4work.co.uk/store/product.asp?spc=K150

I have recently started to use one. I mix trad and wfp and was going through 75 - 100 litres a day. I have now got that down to 25 - 50 litres a day. I got the numatic trigger from equip4work. You can attach it using a velcro cable tie. You will find a big loop of hose is formed when the pole isn't extended fully, so I use a diy pole hose tidy. See pure freedoms website for a photo of it.

Put the trigger on end of feed hose & attach this to a belt on your waist, one trigger for all poles, simples ;-)
