Post by: sunshine windies on January 29, 2010, 08:38:35 pm
do you lot think one of these is an essential bit of kit?
they seem quite expensive and trying to keep costs down as still putting my round together.
cheers

never used a safety base before.

But im now thinking about getting some 'safety feet'

I have used a standoff/microlite before. they give a bit of extra stability, but i only use a standoff for gutter cleans, and 1st floor bay windows because i am a short arse  ;D

i use the rojak ladderstopper and its also great for stopping your bucket of water from sliding about in car/van!i wouldnt use it on gravel or wet decking though.extension pole for that.does come in handy and adds a bit of extra safety!
