......where I could buy some microbore hose in a colour other than yellow ? blue for instance?
it maybe trivial but my pole hoses are yellow streamlite 5 and in good nick, but I need a new load of microbore hose and they easily get tangled up and confusing being the same colour ::) ;)

You could buy black pole hose from Gardiners - on special offer last time I looked.

I'd stick with the yellow. If you have 100m of hose trailing across footpaths etc, you want it as noticeable as possible to stop people tripping over it.

I could but its just an added expense, the stream yellow braided pole hose is excellent and fairly new and not worn, its the microbore I need to buy a new 100 meters of, and if I could find a supplier of it in another colour other than yellow it would make things a little easier.
