essex/suffolk border. well est round nearly 6 yrs. all good paying customers, & work is nice n close 2 each other. ideal 4 add on or start up. work can b done in 10/12 days, willing 2 show the rite person round & intro 2the customers. been trad 4 many years, now doing it wfp with no problems :)

hi is the work still for sale
