HI wondered with a lot of customers not liking there windows left wet,
Would it not be a good idea to have a squeegie on the other side of you`r brush so you can give them a quick swipe down the window this would leave them almost dry,
Or do you think it would leave marks,
and it just might do away with spotting if the glass was left dry!

Not a good idea as you will need to dry the frames if you doing the glass.
I had one that didn't like the windows left wet. She's no longer a customer by my choice

You may be right James,
I find though that people want clean windows and are prepared to accept a little water below each one.
If we all fitted squeegee's to dry the glass we would have the same result but take a little longer.
If your round is full of people not liking wet glass change them to people who want clean windows whatever the method.
I find that when explaining wfp to a new customer I tell them the glass is left wet to dry naturally just before saying that the frames are scrubbed each time. They then latch on to the positives of wfp

i have only ever lost 1 custy because the windows where left wet, she was a pain anyway, alwasy moaning about something and not being in when it came time to pay, was glad to see back of her to be honest
if custy are moaning about the glass being wet, they must hate the rain

Because of water dripping from the frame onto the glass .... Derrrr

Derrr do it right and you wont have drips on the glass!
swipe the brush along the top of the frame

Its not a bad idea to squeegee off the "eyeball" windows just to check you really have got all the marks off. I do that fairly routinely just to be on the safe side.

Absolutely defeats the object of pure water window cleaning, adds time + effort, isn't practical, I mean, can you seriously tell me, you can squeegee off every bit of water off those extremely awkward windows?!
It is your job to educate your customers about the process you use, part of consolidating your agreement with your customers should include the method you use, therefore they know what they have agreed to. If they dont like water on the windows, do them trad, or get another customer. Why add time and effort to a process that is based around speed, flexibilty, and most of all PURE WATER.

No you dont if you know how to do it right which you dont!
Its a stupid time consuming idea that has been thought up to keep the moaning customers that we don't need.
Did you learn this technique at school or in a dream ?
Next thing you'll be suggesting that you wfp on ladders then blade off the pure water.... Just to keep customers happy that will find another reason to moan.
If they don't like it they don't get cleaned !
I can give you a list of poop customers if you want them.

just wfp and go. Never had one complaint in 28 months.

the blade would not run down because of the pure water takes all the ph out of the glass run your finger down a window that has been done trad then do the same with a window thats had pure water over it if that makes sense

i must be doing something right i have been cleaning windows for 20 years i also have 14 staff and i own my own office block all payed for and i must be doing something right and could not read or write when i left school what an acheivement
so dont mock people who you dont know

Its a stupid idea... But that's just my opinion isn't it.
Who wants do do something un-nessasary (blade windows after wfp)
In my 'experience' there is no need to blade a window after wfp. You may aswell just trad from a pole if that's what you want to do.
You obviously haven't educated your customers in the slightest if you have got to the point where your considering doing double the amount of work because your customers are complaining.
Argue with me all you want James...

You need to train your customers. They will come around eventualy.
