Hi all,
I had the thought if getting a tax free (i.e. pre 1973) vehicle for WFP use as an upgrade from pulling a trailer all day :)
Originally a Land Rover sprang to mind as a friend of mine uses one, but are there any other vehicles that would do?
Does anyone use a Land Rover with a tank inside or a tax free vehicle?

VW T2 Bay window ( it will have to be a early bay to be tax free and these are selling for a premium as they are getting fairly rare, expect to pay 10K plus for them these days )
but i guess at 10 K its not going to pay for itself for a while ;D ;D

ooooooooooooooooooook, any decent suggestions? :P

Avoid a vintage Land Rover unless you really enjoy (a) fixing them or (b) paying someone else to fix them.
A pre '73 Land Rover is either a toy or a hobby. It's no one's idea of a sensible means of transport.
Although, of course, if you have it sign written, it will be a great advert when it's parked, broken down at the side of the road.
And any "green" credentials you may have for wfp will go flying out of the window.
