hi everyone,
Could anyone help me out?. how do you go about making the first contact with commercial customers?
just walk in? telephone...etc. I am really stumped i just can't figure it out.
Also englishman in Holland dosen't make it any easier. i will try anything but i was wondering if anybody can tell me how it should be done....PLEASE. thanks in advance

Why don't you try both and see what works best?
Why should they actually use you anyway. Are you cheaper than everyone else, are you better than everyone else, do you provide more services, is there any competition and if so how much.
Once you get to see the customer you need to understand what you can give them that they actually want or need. Getting to see them is only the first step - you then need to sell yourself to them!
I don't know what type of cleaning you're in but it might be wise to do a bit of market research first. I don't want to sound negative but I think you need to do a bit more planning at this stage.
Good luck anyway
Mike
