Title: how to do a office cleaning proposal letter

Hope i have this in right place?
I have to do a proposal form for offices to be cleaned 3 times a week has anyone done this before or could guide me on how to do it

Hi,

When you say you need to do a proposal letter, Are you meaning you need to send a quotation with the task lists that you will be carrying out. Or do you mean you are filling out a tender as there is a different process.

Either way I should be able to help.

What I sent was not a letter. It was just a list of what to you might want to include in a proposal.

But I can send if you want.
