Title: Carpet cleaning quote advice

I have a job that needs a quote for an annual carpet clean but i dont get involved with this so would sub out, can you guys give me a rough price

It a block of flats ground and 1st floor- 2 x hall ways 27m long x 1.5 metre wide,1 x stairwell,1 x communal lounge 20ft square & 1 guest room 20ft sq

you have said the hallways are in metres & the others in feet? is this right?

Quote the open areas between £2.25 - £3.00 per square metre (depending on what you think they will pay).  The staircase quote at about £4.25 per step.
