Title: SEO Please could you help-have a look!

I've had advice from guys on hear who can look at metatags etc & keywords on websites.
Did a search this morning for Office Cleaning in my area Ipswich & I'm no-where to be seen got up to 4th page on google & gave up - we are getting lots of enquirys via our website but nothing for office cleaning.
Could someone have a look for me please in the workings of my website to see if there are some keywords missing.
Could it have anything to do with the fact the pictures on main page of the various services - office cleaning isn't shown on there?

It's not just what's on your site, it's what's been done off it.  Things like articles and backlinks is what you need.

do you have 2 sites? i am finding another Kesgrave cleaning site - that one is well optimized, your kc-cleaning site virtually has no optimization at all and is relying on keywords that wont work!

Hi I do have 2 sites, as you said new look clean - kesgrave cleaning services one is well optimized, but our new one which looks better, has forms, I can amend is rubbish re.SEO.

I think I may have found my problem  :o

I've gone into the website to amend - looked at carpet cleaning page there are 2 boxes:-

Metadata Description

Keywords

These boxes are EMPTY, is this where I start adding words?
If so do I put the same descriptive words in each of the boxes or not?

Description are the words that will appear on the google search page. So put in there something like Office cleaning in the  ****** area with some more key words that say what you do.

keywords, again you need to second guess what people will put into the search. So in your case you will need to put things like 'Office' 'Cleaning' 'Commercial' 'Contract' etc etc.
These words must appear in the body of your web site at least 3 times too in order to have any effect.
